There are always a lot of questions when it comes to fitness. Below are answers to some of the most common questions I’ve received. There are obviously a lot more questions, so feel free to get in touch with me and ask away.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Unless you're planning to build out your own personal home gym, you simply need only a few basic items at home for a home work equipment. here's my choice of selective items:
-Weight Rack.
-Kettlebells.
-Dumbbells.
-A Barbell.
-Weight Plates.
-Resistance Bands.
-Training Bench.
-Cardio Machines.
DO I NEED PRE-WORKOUT WHEN I WORKOUT?
Yes and no! Pre-workout is used to keep you focused, give you energy, and improve your overall performance to minimize workout fatigue during your training. Pre-workout supplements whether in the form of a drink, pill, or injectable can provide a lot of benefits for your training. However, everyone is different and may not need pre-workout which is usually loaded with a range of 150 mg to 300 mg of caffeine per serving.
If you are "Caffeine Sensitive" then pre-workout may not be for you. There are "non stimulant" pre-workouts products that work just as well with caffeine ingredients.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Nutritional guidance (*meal plans) are provided with (Online Training) packages and with 4wk/8wk prepaid (In Personal Training) packages.
